ABOUT ME

Carolyn Steinlage, DPT

About Me

Originally from Kansas, I’m now a proud resident of Oceanside, California, where I’ve lived since 2019. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2017, and after completing my studies, I moved west to pursue new opportunities in Southern California.

In my free time, I enjoy staying active by playing softball, golfing, surfing, and walking my dogs on the beach.

My Professional Journey

I founded Copernicus Physical Therapy with the goal of providing fast, effective care to athletes in my community. Currently, I work full-time at the Naval Hospital on Camp Pendleton, where I specialize in evaluating and treating acutely injured Marines and Navy personnel. My prior experience includes treating patients with various neurological conditions, which has given me a broad range of skills in addressing complex issues.

What I Do

I’m passionate about delivering high-quality advice and personalized care that helps my patients achieve quick improvements in their recovery. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or looking for guidance on pain management, I’m here to help you get back to your active life as quickly and safely as possible.

Feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss your situation—I’m happy to offer guidance and point you in the right direction.

Thank you for considering Copernicus Physical Therapy for your healthcare needs.
